Here at Shear Havoc working with kids, we understand that life can change at the drop of a hat and not work out as planned. 

 

However running a small independent business, we rely on our clients turning up to their appointments to be able to keep offering the great service that people come to us for. 

 

With this in mind, we require a 50% deposit at time of booking to secure your appointment, with the remainder being paid when you come in for your service.

Cancellation Policy

 

More than 24 hours notice
 

• If cancelling or changing your appointment prior to 24hrs then your deposit will be transferred back to your acct and used for your next booking.
   

• If you wish to cancel and have your deposit refunded, we can do that too. 
   

Less than 24 hours notice, or late arrivals

• Late Notice - If cancelling or changing an appointment within 24hrs then loss or transfer of deposit is at the discretion of staff. 
   

• Late Arrivals - If you should you arrive any later than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will become void and your booking fee will be forfeit. Booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival of appointment. 
   

• No Shows - Failure to turn up for an appointment without any communication, will result in immediate loss of deposit.
